"Respite On The Spitalfields" is the twelfth and final track of Impera by Ghost. The song is the second longest track (behind "Ghuleh / Zombie Queen") by Ghost and loops the album by having the same melody as the instrumental opener of the album called "Imperium". It originally was not apart of the Imperatour but was eventually added once they lengthened their setlists, making it the last song before the encore. The Nameless Ghouls were known to harmonize together at the end of this song after Papa Emeritus IV (now Frater Imperator) left the stage. The song was included in Ghost's debut movie Rite Here Rite Now as well as featured in the soundtrack.
