Introduction

A Nameless Ghoul nicknamed "Mountain" by fans. He has been the drummer for the band since Era III, playing in the center of the stage near the back. It may be difficult to see him from behind his drum set, but he still stands out with his musical talent and his handful of interactions with the other ghouls.

Personality

He's often characterized as a "gentile giant" by fans, as he isn't able to interact much with the audience or the other ghouls. The few moments he has had are nice though, like Sunshine and him exchanging hugs, Swiss getting on his knees for him, or Sodo greeting him by knocking on his drum shields.

Era III

Mountain's first show was on June 3rd, 2017 while Ghost was the opening act for Iron Maiden's Book of Souls World Tour. He remained situated at the center of the stage during this era. He was soon nicknamed "Mountain" due to his status as an earth ghoul and his tall stature.

Era IV

Mountain became more comfortable in this era, often playing the drums with his shoes off or rolling up his sleeves to cool off. He was moved to the left side of the stage, playing across from Cirrus and Cumulus' "cage." At the end of shows, he would often throw his drum sticks to the crowd.

Era V

Mountain was moved back to the center of the stage in this era, being situated on the tallest platform of all the ghouls.

He wears the same Victorian-style outfits as the other ghouls, with the exception of a cape or a jacket. He would even occasionally take off his vest, most likely due to the exertion it takes to play a drum kit. His mask is made unique with its small, rounded patch that's located next to the eye and its gold and black horns.

With the uptick in posts from Ghost's social media, fans got to see a bit more of him off-stage; but the growing audience also gave him even less opportunities to interact directly with the audience, causing him to remain the most "mysterious" out of all the modern ghouls.

Origin Of The Name

He was nicknamed "Mountain" due to his status as an earth ghoul and his tall stature. This was most likely popularized by fanfiction writers.

Trivia

• Hayden Scott played for Justin Taylor's (Swiss') band Drag Talk.
• Hayden Scott is also the music director of Santasma Touring, Tobias' touring company.
