Mr. Psaltarian is a character who is first introduced in "Chapter Ten: Home Coming & Special Guests". He is presented as a mysterious figure with some unclear connection to the Clergy. He was invited to a "family dinner" with Papa Nihil, Sister Imperator, and Papa Emeritus IV in May 2022 in "Chapter Eleven: Family Dinner". He also appears in the October 2022 episode "Chapter 13: The Beach Life", where Papa Emeritus IV visits him at a beachside residence. He also appears in the feature film, Rite Here Rite Now, their movie recently released in 2024. He appears with a mysterious envelope that Sister Imperator wrote for Frater Imperator (Papa Emeritus IV) to inform him of his promotion within the Ministry. It is confirmed in "Chapter 20: Arrival Of A Secret Agent", that he and his wife Marika raised Frater Imperator.
