Mr. Psaltarian is a character who is first introduced in Chapter Ten: Home Coming & Special Guests. He is presented as a mysterious figure with some unclear connection to the Clergy. He was invited to a "family dinner" with Papa Nihil, Sister Imperator, and Papa Emeritus IV in May 2022 (Chapter Eleven: Family Dinner).
He also appears in the October 2022 episode Chapter 13: The Beach Life, where Papa Emeritus IV visits him at a beachside residence. He also appears in the feature film, Rite Here Rite Now.
Finally he appears once again is Ghost: Rite Here Rite Now, their movie recently released in 2024. He appears with a mysterious envelope that Sister Imperator wrote for Frater Imperator (Papa Emeritus IV).
